    Sale is for domain name ONLY. Content not included. Haven't had time to work with site and need the cash more than the domain right now for a more imperative project. Site has not been promoted in months. When I did light promo on it, monthly uniques were 700+ & page views were 4000+ - with only a handful of posts and backlinks. Premium domain name that won't last long!!!
