Above all tell them you love them and appriciate what they have done for you. Its essiential to keep expressing our Love. Our Parents are the best part of our life should always treasure their presence.
Take her to a expensive restaurant, then give her some gold/jewelry, something out of the ordinary would do.
Why not take them to second honeymoon where they will refresh their past . You can even take them to their favorite restaurant for a dinner or lunch. You can even make an album of their marriage photos by developing it in latest manner and gift them as a nostalgic gift.
Thanks for all this ideas guys really appreciated. I think I will gift them a digital photo frame with their marraige pix and all old pix in it, and after that dinner in a hotel. I'm saving good money for their 25th aniversary. I will give them 25 gifts on that day lol Few of them will be 1. Car 2. Abroad trip 3. A grand function 4. A dance from my side ( I never dance and my mom use to tell me to go on stage and dance but I never did it will do it on her 25th anniversary ) 5. Dresses which my mom loves alot 6. Gold which my father loves to collect rest will think later... lol will be very expensive hahaha

Gather your siblings together and throw them a surprise party. Parents like to see their kids gather around and be with them. Present them with a gift maybe like plaque or ring or something which they like although I'm can't really think of a perfect one. It depends on their preferences.
Collect their pictures since they married to now, show to them. Remind them their days with you. Bring them to a nice restaurant, let them have nice dinner. I believe how much money you spend on the gift is not important, what is important is what you do for them, make them touch from heart.
