Selling Perfect Adsense Site With Extremely High Search Volumes And Exact Match Domain (PR2)

This is a perfect Adsense site with an immense potential. I craeted this site to use it personally for revenue generation via Adsense (and similar models) but I have, since then, moved on to a different niche and don't have any time for maintainign the site. With little work and some Off page SEO promotions and Social Media activities, this site has a potential to sky-rocket your earnings (you can take it from me, a 12 year old SEO vetern with tons of successful SEO campaigns to boot). Even with barely any inbound links, the PR has risen to 2, purely on the back of some excellent inter-linking. Work on creating some backlinks and see the PR rise to 5-6 in no time.

sure, I am attaching screenshots from the Adsense panel as well as the Analytics panel showing both, the ad performance and the site stats ( the site was fully launched, with the contents that you see at present on 23rd Aug. Any traffic prior to that was the one coming from direct domain search and was little. the site got indexed a few days later and you can see the traffic from then on)
