    There is no rule to build links per day, It's based on quality of links. If you use the same Anchor text for every submission it's a problem,regularly change the Anchor text.
    There are various techniques to make quality link, please check the 3 of them:
    1.The higher the PageRank.
    2. Relevant, keyword rich linking text is essential to the validity of the back link.
    3. Geographical links
