Hello, my affiliate ID is 29723. I am one of your affiliate publisher. I cant find any one to help so i have no choice to post my problem here in this thread. It seems like there is no one or any support representative to contact. I tried to submit my problem thru your feedback system but i never get any replies. The first payout you (Pepperjamnetwork) sent me is Check. You sent it on 2009-05-24 02:32:33 and I have got it after 3 weeks, no problem. It takes too long to receive a check and i have to wait 23 banking days more to get cash so I decided to change my payout method to BANK WIRE. I have entered all my correct Bank Wire information incuding name, account number and Swift Code. I left the Routing Code field blank as in the Philippines, banks here they dont have Routing Code and they said for sending bank wire transfer I dont need to provide ROuting Number as Swift Code is enough. My second payment you sent it on 2009-06-10 02:38:36. Until now I dont get it yet. I contacted my bank and they said "Nothing". There is no way it takes that long to receive Bank Wire transfer. It takes 3-7 banking days only. My bank told me that ask Pepperjamnetwork to provide "Cable Number" to prove that PepperJamnetwork has sent money and not "scam". Ok, even if the money did not reach my bank then it must be returned to Pepperjamnetwork Bank account, then where is my money ? The third payout is on 2009-06-24 02:39:38 and until now I still get nothing. Please help me on this issue.
