    Hi i have a youtube channell where i post original hip hop video, i recently read about how one can make money with affiliate programmes, but i still don't get it. Please can someone /anyone explain to me how this work. Secondly any advice on how to direct more traffic from other sites to my youtube channel will be appreciated. Can i get paid for hosting my videos on other sites, if yes please give me some names and how it works.
