Peoples opinions: what are your top 5 webmaster communities?

I have seen quite a few threads in the last few months of people asking for lists of dofollow forums. However, all of the lists given are usually really low quality inactive forums, and I don't want to be posting in tons of forums, only 5 or so. I would like people to give their top 5 favourite webmaster forums that conform to these guidelines:
Very active - lots of members and lots of posts and discussions (in your view of very active)
Dofollow signatures - the posts don't have to be dofollow
Qaulity community - friendly people, low spam level (where people report spam and it is delt with)

Basically, a community similar to DP, just not DP.

Those are about the only webmaster forums I visit on a regualr basis.

 

Dont Forget the Warrior Forum.

I would agree with jdhflip, this is one of the best forums. For link building though you might want to consider blog comments, the more different sites the better.
