So, basically you mean that people who know little English should not be able to communicate in English until they know it better. Then how will they learn?
I am too suffering from this problem..I am not able to understand people sending me PMs on DP...it give me nightmares
it is what it is, we should be happy that English is the dominate language that everybody tries to speak it, no matter how they sound
we should be glad it's not us trying to speak chinese or indian or russian in broken accents and sentences...

regardless of where they are from what a messed up post is this? how arrogant are you to expect everyone to speak english regardless of what century it is. if you have problems with people speaking in 3rd or 4th language, still being able to communicate, you should maybe think of learning another language and see how well that goes for you.
