The site mentioned in this title seems to be like the new "hot or not" style for 2010 - they have created a handful of other sites in their header using the same exact format where visitors can submit entries (images) and captions, with a star rating. All of these sites are made in Wordpress. Does anyone know if there's a theme out there that mimicks this functionality?
The wordpress twenty-ten can make do it. It's the default theme for wordpress 3.0. Mimick? very much.
I don't think it's any particular theme, you can pretty much do that anywhere. I think you should be hunting down the plug ins. I don't see anything particularly special about the theme itself, it's kind of plain..but if you are going to do it, it better be as funny as that one. That little site is pretty funny.
