here is what happens in the magically world of paypal disputes. If you purcashed a good online for service such as webhosting and file a dispute you will win IF they do not respond. However, if they do respond (the seller) you will be screwed as paypal will side with them. You only receive your money back if the seller has received a lot of complaints (I mean a LOT). so good luck, I know its f*ked up but what can you do...
