You removed the 302 redirect and the PR has not updated yet. I did, I went to Boston University for 4 years and have been in the domaining biz since 1996.

You can see if the pagerank is fake by checking for redirects in the past. The site had also not been archived since the redirect and following the steps spelled out by Matt Cutts, of the Google spam department, it is easy to fish out pake PR.

Conversation closed. Not debating something that I have given solid proof for.

Ok, prove me wrong. Proof, not speculation. Show me 2 good quality backlinks, the main decisive factor in pagerank calculation.

I also know that for a fact that it is highly unlikely for the owner of a PR4+ to sell in these times.

    http://sethf.com/anticensorware/smartfilter/damage3.php

Is real, no redirects were ever performed in the last 4 years and the backlinks are of higher quality, but not much better.

the other domain, has mostly spammy links, which are also mostly located in Google's supp results:

    http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=christianuniv.com&bwm=i&bwmf=s&bwmo=&fr2=seo-rd-se

remember, quanity of links is irrelevant, it's the quality.

The 302 redirect is the key. The way to fake PR is to redirect the domain to a domain with higher pagerank, but once the redirect is removed and google sees this, the fake PR goes away.

Not to mention that the domain was dropped and picked back up just 43 days ago.

Also, I have never seen a PR4 with an Alexa Rank of 28 Million.

Rather than posting this thread, you should put info in a bad post report.

We are talking about fake or not fake Pr! What have supplemental results to fake pagerank?

The domain no website, only 1 parking page, how can you say about supp results.
