I was wondering about sites such as http://www.intelius.com - http://www.zabasearch.com - http://www.peoplefinders.com which lets you search for people and then gives you an option of purchasing a more in depth record on that person. Does anyone know how these sites operate, do you have to have some sort of license to sell information?
There is really no license required to be able to gather information.. most of this companies just have connections, and pay for access to some databases.. basically their just gathering information that is otherwise already available to the public.. your just paying them for the manpower to gather these information..
