    Hi,
I run several community sites on which people have their private profiles and so on. Would it be a problem if I allow them to add their paypal buttons for certain items they want to sell?

I mean would I run into any legal problems or need a certain type of disclaimer because my site becomes some kinda online market place?

I don't believe that would be a problem as long as their customers know that they are not buying from you and from them. It's probably best to put a disclaimer as it should help a great deal when misunderstanding arises.

Cool thanks a lot for your advice!
Does anyone actually know where I could find such kind of disclaimer?
