People from India, who have moneybookers or skrill account!

    Guys, I just open a account on skrill & try to add CC but the problem is my currency is going to change in INR while they want exact random amount to enter to verify card info ( not happen with PayPal ). I have axis bank CC. As well, I already contact skrill but no response over 5 days now. What you suggest? any other bank?

    You have to give them the amount in INR only.
