I can think of more to add to your list but the trouble is they piss themselves like little babies, run to the moderators and scream harassment! Thanks for the heads up but naming and shaming will just get you into trouble.
@bond1&CEO_MONSTER: i had Rob in my contact list for almost half a year. And i think he actually finished a 50$ job once. So i didn't check him out when we started working. Well he dropped project after almost a month so i had to get someone to jump in as fast as possible. This is also a reason why i didn't use escrow. But it was stupid. In the end i didn't have it finished and i lost upfront payment. I'll Edit my first post and add the two you guys mentioned thanks
