Yes im agree with this that now a days people come to website and they just mostly browse the website and had a look with content if they are not satisfied then they close our website ....
Its not about "tricking" your visitors. You should do your best to write compelling content and also be sure that you are using section targeting in adsense to ensure that the most relevant ads are being shown.
