Its after the court case of CJ in 2008 ..

CJ has been known for shaving your sales .. many invested thousands of dollars in PPC and CJ smartly shaved all their commissions and money went into CJ affiliate managers pockets.

Cj doesnt care for publishers ..yet im lucky to survive in CJ

You're an idiot - There's no way for that to happen, and it doesn't happen. I've been on the advertiser side before at CJ, and no AMs can steal commissions. Just because you suck at affiliate marketing doesn't mean someone is stealing from you.

Wow, okay i am working for a Company that is a CJ Advertiser, actually 2 of them have CJ programs, for advertisers, it is really hard nowadays to fight with Scams and Fakers, one company pays on a lead base, and 90% of our leads are fake, the other one pays per sale, and we have the same issues, people get giftcards place orders, then return them, or cancel right before shipping, its a big hassle to stay scam free, people have tried backwards and around. The lead based site, is even worse, they pay for active members, now we have some ding dongs that write signup scripts, so we do a performance analysis of the leads based on the publisher, and if they are dead or inactive we cancel the payments, so theese people write scripts that log in to the site again, click some things (become active). Its really hard to keep up! I do need to admit that Cj acts in favor of the advertiser, if we say cancel an order, we upload a file and thats it, so that is nice for advertisers, but i have found them to always be honest, and if questions they actually do look into stuff, but its totally up to the advertiser, if the advertiser does not display the conversion pixel or upload payment file, nothing will happen, so CJ is helpless there!

No offense, but I hope you don't write anything for the company you work for - it's impossible to follow your sentences the way you wrote.
