People banned from Adsense and their sites...

    If someone is banned from Adsense, and I purchase their site (But the site isn't banned) will that raise a flag with Google and get me banned as well.

    I've read about people being banned because "their account was used in conjunction with someone else's account that was violating the TOS"

    What I would do is contact Google and ask before I place the ads there.

    I think you should let Google know first that you purchased a banned website.

    Well, the site isn't banned. But the person who runs the site is, and I don't want to place me ads anywhere near that site.

    That's rite..always check with Google 1st..even the owner told you that his site is not banned. Always play safe than sorry.
