    Of course, but he is talking about his own status, and demanding sweeper instead of peon. But I will only advocate him if he is willing to take 'toilet cleaner'.

    No, SEO has nothing to do with visitors it is only for search engines. there are other marketing courses to handle humans.

    Again, bounce rate optimization is not part of on-page SEO (and so is the speed optimization which also affects SERPs). But nevertheless, all marketing techniques go hand by hand to succeed in your efforts in them.
