A VPS or a Dedicated server is recommended. Shared hosting is not recommended.

This site is currently hosted by on a low end VPS with 1 CPU and 512 MB RAM and works just fine. The hosting costs me about $120 a year.

I can do a basic setup of an unmanaged VPS/Dedicated Server (install a Linux operating system, installation of a control panel like cPanel | DirectAdmin | Kloxo and setup a hosting account), I can be do that for you for an additional one time charge of $50
