"Pending Renewal or Deletion" How long until available? Network Solutions

    Hello,

    I've been trying to register a domain since it expired about three weeks ago. I now get the message, "Pending Renewal or Deletion," when I check to see if it's available.

    The domain is a personal name. And an uncommon one at that, so it's not something one would think NS would auction.

    So my question is, when do pending domains become available to someone else? I don't believe that the current owner will renew.

    Did you ever figure out how long it took? I am wondering the same thing as you...
