    I have "pending commission".

Can someone tell me what does it mean?

From this pending commission I have "New", "Locked" and "Extended".What does it mean?

Is it 100 % sure that I'll get my money, or not?

New = It just happened and is tracked, but not approved for payment yet.

Locked = It's around the 10th of the month and advertisers "lock" the sales/commissions to be paid. It normally means this is what you will be paid (though there are exceptions).

Extended = You aren't going to be paid this month for that transaction, the advertiser took the option of extending the transaction for 30 days.

Closed = Transaction was approved and paid, and after so many days after payment it becomes a "closed" transaction.

It all really depends on the advertiser more than CJ in a lot of cases. While transactions can become locked if the advertiser fails to pay CJ for that month then you don't get paid. As CJ explains it if THEY don't get paid YOU don't get paid. Though with a high end advertiser like Ebay, Newegg, etc. this is never an issue.

In the Current Balance section of your reports you should see:
    Beginning Balance
    Commissions
    Fees
    Publisher Payments
    Total

Beginning Balance will be anything left unpaid from the previous month that is due to you (extended payments, for example)

Commissions are thos commisions from the previous month that have not been extended or removed and are due to you.

Fees I have no idea about. Maybe if an advertiser charges you for something, or if CJ charges you (e.g. for a feed)

Publisher Payments is what CJ has paid you this month. The sum of the previous three fields should drop down to that field on or around the 20th of the month, and that's when you're paid (check isued, deposit sent, etc.).

EDIT: if you're talking about the balance at the top of the screen as soon as you login, that's different; it includes this month's commissions, which are not yet locked and may fluctuate considerably.
