    yeah hopefully they will review my site and lift the penalty ..

    I hope they send me some kind of non-automated reply, saying where I am penalized if I havent corrected it already or whatever the actual penalty may be.

    What percentage does spun content have to be to be considered unique by Google and avoid this penalty? Also, does rearranging the paragraphs make a difference?
