Penalized (PR) directory DirWizard.com comes out of mud...From PR2 to PR4

    Yesterday it was still PR2 and today it is PR4! At the beginning I thought it is a PR update, but checked other sites I own, nothing happen.

    www.dirwizard.com was penalized in Pagerank about 2 years ago (it was PR5 before) and slammed to PR0 even with a lots of backlinks, then recovered a little bit to PR2, now I believe it is normal now.

    Even PR4 is not a number to be too excited, I feel happy!

    Before it was PR5, then stuck in PR0 for a long long time even with the same backlinks.

    Did you continue to build backlinks while it was in the sandboxed ?

    Congratulations mate. The only directory that came out of Ash and got back full PR is uncoverthenet. Most of them are PR4. two of my penalized directories which recovered few months back are PR3 though which I think is quite gud. :p

    I'm glad your site got its PR back but will Google ever give you any kind of official notice that you have been penalized?
