penalized by yahoo?

    i have 3 sites with different unique content and design (may be one line about license is the same)
    but all of them are have same keywords
    so in yahoo
    for one main keyword they are on 30 page (all of them)
    they are on same ip address
    so what does it mean
    all sites very old
    and one site which are also on same ip and have same keywords
    on second page
