    Hi DP's .

The following website www.adult-chat-world.com I think is penalized by google as there are lots of websites upper then it with much less links , even for it's main keyword that has almost no competition shows #40++ also it's an old domain name .

    1. Is it possible to be penalized because of no new fresh content over a long period of time ?

    2. It's on a shared hosting . Reverse IP tool ( http://www.domaintools.com/reverse-ip/ ) shows :

    Website is hosted at EarthLink
    3. Any other reasons ?

    4. I am thinking to move it to another webhost , is this a good idea ?

    Thanks .

    Eugen

About question #2 ... I mean is it possible an IP address to be penalized ? There are over 100k websites on this address and there is a possiblity of some black hat on some domains .

    What are your opinions ?

    Thanks .

    Hi,

I do not believe that your site is being penalized since it is a PR5. However, I think the reason that your rankings are not as high as they could be is because you only have about 26 backlinks indexed in Google. IMO you should try and find some PR4-6 one way links, along with writing and submitting some articles and doing high PR directory submissions to get more Google links. Anyone else have any ideas?

Also I forgot to mention , query site:adult-chat-world.com shows two entries for homepage

    http://(not to be url :) )adult-chat-world(not to be url :) )com PR1
    http://www.adult-chat-world.com PR5

Second url (www.adult-chat-world.com) shows in site: query if I put the filter off , clicking on

    Maybe a Dupe Penalty ?

Sex sites often get penalized because of theyr content, but you have a pr5 so this means that you have most things for a good listening. But you need to find more quality sites to link back to your domain name, you need to find specific keywords to use and write more text to your index.html page so that the searcengines find your site interesting. You should also use alt tags on your pictures and links. If you want i can help you for free as long as i can use your site at a reference to other customers. I run a seo company in norway, but i can help you for free if you want to... Just mail me tavikki@hotmail.com
