Penalised website by Google (anchor texts?)

Hello, everyone :) I'm fairly new in this whole SEO thing, so I will use this topic in trying to fix my current problem :)

My website all of a sudden (few weeks ago) got a penalty from Google... it's nowhere to be seen in SERP (before it was in top 15 sites, now you can find it at 11th page), and I'm assuming this happened due to usage of the same anchor-text for links... I used the same anchor-text for 95 % of the links to my website.

However - is there an effective way (changing links' anchor-texts, building more links with different anchor-text,...) to remove the punishment t.i. to get my website back where it used to be? :D

    ExH.

    Hi,

Please expound what did you mean by this: same anchor-text for links. What exactly did you do so that people who read your post can help you more.

How you will find that your site is in Google penalty??
When we launch any site then it will going up in SERPS very soon because google loved fresh content but after 2 or 3 week it will be going down now you have to start work on your site and gain back links etc etc.
Don't try to do extra work on your new domain this is also one of the reason for going down in SERPS and as you said you already done some kind of spamming work on your new site don't do this try to use complete wight hat technique and follow google algo....

@mcars12 - I set almost every link (from other pages to my website) with the same linked word. I.e.: 95 % of links would be Website and about 5 % of links would be Internet website or different.

@Aryans - Perhaps I did not expalin very well - the domain itself is not new at all.. it's been present in Google's SERP for the past 2 years, even more. And it always had quite good results, as I said, around #15 for my wanted keyword. But all of a sudden, like a month or so back, it just dropped to #200 or even lower... and I can't seem to find other reason than wrong link-building.

Its been in discussions that Google is making some updates regarding PR & SERP. My website also got off from the first page but after a few days it was back again.
I think, its just a matter of days and your website'll be back.
