Pen Tool [Illustrator vs Photoshop]

I've noticed that when using the pen tool in Illustrator, if I go back and click on the last point I made, it will delete an existing handle. However, in Photoshop this is not the case. How can I delete the handles on anchor points in Photoshop so that I can change the direction of the line completely.

Right click the point and delete?

 

I don't want to delete the point, I simply want to delete one of the handles attached to the point. Or if someone can tell me how to move the handles once they're set, that would be awesome too.

And Ctrl + click for the squares.

 

I'm just a beginner in Illustrator and there are differences in Pen tool and other tools also that Photoshop. Good luck to you.
