I have a very unique for peer to peer lending which is exploding right now. I am in medical school and can only contribute, money, seo and marketing. The thing I don't have is time.

If you want to join, send me a PM about your skills. I will reveal the idea to those who I think are qualified and sign a non disclosure agreement.

Have you seen www.prosper.com and Zopa.com? They are the two leaders in the field.

I have seen them. And in now way trying to comepete with them. The site will focus on a different market and will be setup differently. It will fill a need that is not being met right now, and will also also people who lend money much greater returns.

Have any of you guys even thought about regulations yet? I hope you're not thinking that you can create a software and expect to operate this business. People that launched prosper.com have banking backgrounds. The last time I checked, $25,000 is the limit you can lend out and you have to meet strict guidelines. Just throwing this out there for people who do not understand how this business work.
