Peculiar problem facing while trying to pay by Paypal

    Hi,

    I am facing a peculiar problem while paying for an item bought from Ebay.

    I reside in India and as I am trying to pay for the ebay item by Paypal I get this message saying :

    "You cannot use this credit card for this transaction. Please use another funding source."


    Why is this so?I have used my Paypal account (through Credit Card) as recently a week back also for paying 10$.
    Then why am I facing this problem?

    Please suggest.

    I am trying to pay another Paypal account who is based at UK.Am trying to make around 300 US$ payment.

    Have you contacted eBay's customer service? It may be something small that can be corrected in a matter of minutes. Or there may be an issue with the seller. Lot's of charge-backs, refunds, etc... I'd start with eBay customer service, see if they can resolve the problem for you.

    Ebay customer service don't have any email address.The phone number they have is of International.
