    Had this site for 4 years old now. If you look at the articles, all of which are 100% unique and originally written by me in 2005/2006. It remains largely untouched since then.

    Its running an old version of Joomla, v1.0.5, and I would definately recommend upgrading to the latest version.

    The site is PR3, and is well indexed.

    The template was custom modified several years ago to use with Joomla, and you will get complete rights to it.

    Like I said, all content is 100% original and unique.

    Monthly traffic is around 3500 uniques a month, about 150 daily.

    There has been some revenue through adsense, and a single affiliate sale of around $40.

    I havent monetized this site really, and it would be terrific opportunity for someone with concrete SEO knowledge.

    Peakseo.com is on hold pending a sale to a buyer through PM which predated the above offers. Looks like a solid b/o offer, so consider the site on hold for now.

    Sorry Brian, there's been a lot of confusion with this sale due to timezone differances and so on, I have PM'ed you. The site has now been sold and is with its new owner. Sorry about the hassle guys.
