    p.s. if you feel like cursing at someone in this thread.. DONT!!
    there are hundreds of other threads cursing at each other,,go curse over there..

    just keep this thread peaceful and clean of swear words :D

    Problems with the real world is they make simple things far too complicated to be solved. Take the sub prime for eg, it is initially just a mortgage, look at what it has become..........
