There is special procedure and you can buy them as like you are buying a .com, net domain. The current registration price at NameCheap is $49.98/yr and registration price at 101domain is $54.00/first year. There are still some keyword domains to buy in .PE extension, that's why the price is high. But if you are a domainer this would be a great news for you. I grabbed deals.pe few hours ago. Next short/keyword .PE domain may be yours.
