hello, I need freelancer who expect in HTML coding. I have some pds files, I need convert them to about 9 - 10 HTML pages use div, tag, css... to make html pages for web 2.0 application. I need you keep images, shadow...etc in css files. HTML must load fastest. Please pm if you are interested, my budget is $10.
psd to html coding is a big job and I think $10 is very less. Even I got $20 $50 for simple php integration.
I've cut all small images, you should design css, html with div... and result must look like my design.
You just have to look for a designer who lives in a country whose cost of living is a lot cheaper in the US. I know some web designer here in our country who probably work for 10$ equivalent per day. With 10$ here you can last for 3 days, if you eat 3 meals a day. So the offer is really not that ridiculous as you guys are putting out to be.
$10 is stupid and complete crap mate, anyone who works for that obviously has horrible quality of work otherwise they wouldnt need to charge that low. You pay for what you get simple as that. Its highly annoying when amatuers come in a flood a skilled trade with junk crap made from imageready. I would love to see the quality of peoples work where they charge $10.
