No exceptions, and 60% at the end of the project. Since we are based in EU, we require EURO payment, so any payment must be the equivalent in EURO. We accept ONLY PAYPAL. Design services cannot receive refund. The design process is based on creativity, it's an art, therefore each person has it's own taste and might or might not like one's creation. All coding services can be refunded 100% if we can't do anything for your project. In the case of half done jobs, we will refund half the payment and so on. Pricing depends on the project. We believe each task is unique, so we will give a quote for each request. 7) Responsibilities and Rights We have the responsibility to respect all the details specified in the project description that you give us. If we fail to do so, we will refund your money as stated above. We have the responsibility to offer minor reviews for free on all our services. If the total time spent on reviews is bigger than 4 hours on a design and 8 hours on a coded project, we will ask for extra payment. It is your responsibility to give us all the project details that you consider necessary. If you make a late request for something that is not in the project details we will ask for extra payment. It is your responsibility to show us examples of designs or functionality that you like, so that we can make an idea of what you want. If you're description is vague, we won't take on your project or you will not be satisfied. We have the right to stop working on any type of project if we find out that there are illegal actions happening with our work. We will not clone, copy, hack or steal anything for you. We have the right to show all the work that we've done for you in our portfolio. We also have the right to link to your website for an example/live preview. Please show me a screenshot of the theme, preferably via email. Tell me about the type of content that the theme will have. Not all wordpress themes are the same. Some have more complex content structures and functionality than others.
