Does anyone know what program can take a PDF document and turn it into an editable document? I need to remove some information form our sales specs but ti's locked by PDF password and username! Thanks Brian
yeah it's around 3000 usd which isn't a big deal but I was wondering if there was a fast way around it.. have a prospect with some finer details and need to edit the document a bit! Besides pdf writer there's nothing?
Off the top of my head I am not exactly sure how to crack a pdf password in a timely manner. That said, what you are looking for is called OCR "optional character recognition" If you are able to view the document you can use the stuff from the link below. http://www.simpleocr.com/ or you can download a trial version of acrobat pro and use it I think. on the more nefarious side of things http://www.crackpdf.com/ hope that helps, Nigel
There is but there is no way to convert the LOCKED PDF files to editable format unless you know the password
Alright guys thanks for the replies... I'll start looking for the original document! Thanks again for the help!
