You need a PDF to video converter such as http://www.toggle.com/lv/group/view/kl225148/A-PDF_to_Video.htm
It is so that you can put content on your YouTube channel without needing to shoot video. The aim is to drive people to your site and increase your online presence.
Download presentation. In this presentation you may be find more relevant PDF submersion website. It would be good for your work. PDF Submission
The thread starter is confusing the point, what he actually wants is to do document submission. While the Youtube submission is called as video submission. Both are ways to drive traffic to your site, and increase your reputation and so called branding. For PDF submission, you just have to download a good PDF converter like ClassicPDF for example, and then write content and convert it into PDF form and submit to document sharing sites like Scribd, esnips or freepdfupload etc. For video submissions, you will have to simply make a video through any video maker and then submit it to youtube with your link and optimized text in the description, and you are all done. I hope this will solve all the problem.
tonyandrews is correct but you can also turn a PDF into a video which means that you can then put it on YouTube. Obviously you will need several pages of content though.
Just write in a ms word file and convert it into pdf through online converter in seconds and submit it to pdf sites like scibd etc easily.
