    I purchased this site a month ago. I only have traffic stats from July 22 up until today and revenue for this month. Decided to sell so I can buy another site and try out different niches.

    The site is powered by wordpress. No PDF files are hosted on the server, they are all linked to. Adding new posts with PDF's can be a little tricky at first but once you know what you are doing it's pretty easy.

    The starting bid is $100 but there is a reserve. BIN is $3,000 but I will consider all offers close to that.

    Payment will need to be made through Paypal.
