Selling PDF Guide site - $240 so far this month

    I bought this site around a month ago. I wanted to see how the traffic would do with content gateways. From August 1st to August 13th (today) the site has made $240.

    Adworkmedia: $76.21
    Adscendmedia: $20.54
    Cpalead: $144.38

    I've decided to keep cpalead because the CTR is higher and overall the earnings are better.

    Daily breakdown of cpalead earnings:

    August 1 - $10.26 (gateway was not up the full day)
    August 8 - $30.42 (got a $7.50 lead)
    August 9 - $18.36
    August 10 - $27.97 (got a $8.25 lead)
    August 11 - $23.42
    August 12 - $25.13
    So far today - $8.27

    Some days it does better then others. Once in awhile a visitor will complete a higher paying mobile offer.

    Site gets over 2k visitors a day. 93.10% from search engines (mostly google) with 20% being US visitors. I can give you access to google analytics to verify. I only have traffic stats from July 22 (when i moved the site and added google analytics) up until today.

    I'm selling so I can buy other sites and try out other niches. Looking for offers around $3,000.

    August 13: $15.88 (epc was a lower then usual)
    August 14: $24.36
    So far today: $13.84
