I have a PDF ebook that I sell online. 98% of my customers can download the ebook find w/o any problems. But about 2% get an error that says the file is damaged. These customers also get a bonus ebook that is included free. It was written by someone else. Most of the customers that CANNOT open my ebook CAN open the bonus book. Why? I save the ebook with openoffice. I don't know what all the settings mean and I wonder if this might have something to do with it. (example: save as fdf, tagged fdf, export bookmarks, etc.) Any thoughts are appreciated.
