    You can either download a free trial of Adobe Acrobat or you can go to CNET and see what they have listed for PDF Editor. Hope this helps :)

    I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 but it won't allow me to change anything.

    Do you have Adobe Reader or Professional? If you only have Adobe Reader 7.0 then you won't be able to edit it. Professional will let you edit the PDF File

    Exactly, adobe reader and adobe pro isnt the same thing, ;) Reader,... speaks for itself.
