Hi I'm thinking of making a free PDF calendar with some nice pics as a free download from my site and putting a live link on the pages. Obviously no-ones going to be able to click the link when it's on the wall but at least my address is printed there... what do you think? Good idea, waste of time? Worth a try?

nah seriously it's good to have some 'offline' advertising. Whether it's worth a try depends on your what your target group consists of. As mightyb has said not everyone is waiting for a pdf calendar. btw if my calendars are close to what you're looking for, I could probably save you the time and create 1 one for you in exchange for some traffic .

Except for the fact that the pictures on my calendar may be a bit small, i think it actually already has everything. You can upload your own pictures and where the quotes are, you could just put something about you're website. All that's missing is your url
I saw that thread and it's a great site that...my idea was to give people a nice calendar with beautiful images of water that they could print straight from the PDF and put on the wall and at the same time get some publicity for my site about water. Oh well I think I'm going to try it anyway...can't hurt
