Buying PDF created from text files

I am looking for someone to take 450 text files, edit them slightly to remove some header information [I will supply the details] and create a pdf file / ebook.

The skills required will be some graphic design [for the cover and internal layout], text editing [very basic].

The finished product will need to look like a quality book, consistent chapter headings, a contents page, as well as some illustrations/graphics throughout the text. Each chapter/text file is between 300 and 400 words.

Ideally you will be able to supply samples of the work you have done in this area. Feel free to ask any questions either here or in PM.
