Right now I'm selling an ebook on my site as a simple pdf file. I receive payment through a Pay Pal button that I set up on my site. I am thinking of also publishing the ebook using Amazon's DTP format for kindle. Here are my questions: 1. I have read the terms and conditions but it's unclear to me whether or not I can continue to sell my book on my site as a pdf while I am also continuing to sell in in the DTP format on Amazon. Any help with this would be much appreciated. 2. Can you cancel at any time and then continue selling just as you did before? Any help is much appreciated...
1.Yes but you can't sell the e-book for a different price elsewhere than the list price you set at Amazon. 2.Yes you can terminate anytime but Amazon shall be entitled to retain archival copies of the Licensed Digital Content after termination in order to provide re-downloads to customers who have purchase Digital Books prior to termination
