When I boot up my pc,at the stage where it ask's to boot from C drive I receive a screen full of small pixels 50% of which are flashing. The pc goes no further. I have installed a new graphic card ,no change. To give an idea of how the screen looks, it's like a website selling pixel advertising. The only clue I have, is that before this happened the pc crashed with the message bios checksum error
