if nothing shows up from the very beginning that's a hardware problem very likely to be RAM problem try to change it

if the the machine passed the bios test detecting everything (hard disc, dvd ... ) then your system is not booting try to recover it or reinstall it

Power fluctuation could short-circuit the RAM or blow out ICs.

Tell me, is all your hardware detected in the BIOS? Does the PC boot?

It is possible a power failure could have corrupted the Master Boot Record. Insert a bootable disk or a rescue disk and tell me what you see...

I always believe in KISS (keep it simple stupid).

First thing you should always do is check the connection to the monitor (if this is a desktop) and make sure it is secured. Next, are you getting any unusual beeps during boot?

When i pc started i heared a voice but now pc is not going that stage which was xp professional screen ( that voice come from motherboard for a sec).

PC starts and then after few sec goes held, today i ensure if ram has no dust then i clean that and after that my keyboard ligts can not on (while keyboard is ok). so now i even can not go into setup by pressing F12.

I think so it can booted, becoz after setup default setting for a few sec i was accepting win xp will appear ( motherboard was trying but keyboard goes held).

Now i can not go into setup and one thing more, when i remove pc cell and lay down the pc on floor then after few min 20-25 min processor fan was off so pc was also off, but CPU has current.

Surely, i will take pc somewhere but its good if i know the reason, because man will look at my money more than my CPU. :(

Did you see the LED on motherboard turning ON when you plug it into a socket? I was suspecting the problem could be with your Power Supply Unit, but maybe thats not the case.

Get a friend's keyboard and see if you can get into the BIOS. Still, I suspect your motherboard has been messed up after you cleaned the dust off it. Probably static charge.

The best option would be to ask a friend who knows this stuff. It could be a small problem. But if you still cannot fin the problem, the only option would be to take it to a reputed hardware guy.

If your PC is new, you could take it to the PC seller. He'll help you...

what kind of sound did you hear?

A beep sound with 3 seconds interval means that the problem is in the RAM.
Else, try to unplug and re-insert the cables which are connecting your HDD with your Motherboard's IDE controller.

If that doesn't solve your problem, then its the motherboard's fault.take your CPU to a service center....

try out by pulling out the RAM first and insert it again in the slot... if doesnt work out problem might be of operating system. insert a bootable disk and see..

Here's some things you can do:

check your ram, make sure it's pushed in and locked in place.

Take the battery out hold it for 5 seconds and put it back in, your BIOS will be reset.

Check your drive cables and power supply cables to ensure that power is getting to your motherboard and video card if you have one.

RAM could be damaged from ESD or power failure (likely power failure).

Once everything hardware related is fine, boot it up and if you see nothing still, check your board for some sort of "switch" or jumper wire that throws the board from the internal video to video card (some have this not sure which ones exactly)

If you can press F12 or whatever it is for your particular system (for BIOS) and you get a blue interface or whatever color with stuff, then that's a clue you need to reformat your drive.

May be you are using it for too long. You should let your desktop rest for a while and then try switching on again. It happened to my desktop PC once. My computer was on 24 hours. I wait for a few hours and it become normal again. Send it to a professional to get it repaired. Alternatively, you can get a new desktop.

You have two PC na try to use the RAM of other PC and try to boot the old one if it works then you can confirm that the prob is with the RAM of Old PC else lot of chances to get some IC prob in mother board.

Your PC might need to format.
