    well hibernation dont pay any problem to your computer but its better to simply shut it down

    I have no clue if hibernating is good or bad but I almost never do it. It's faster for my computer to start up than it is for it to get out of hibernation.

    hibernate is one way to save energy in your laptop. so I'm doing it everyday in my laptop.

    I never turn off my laptop, its only ever sleep for me and hibernate if I need to unplug it.
