I am looking to start a PC Hardware reviews website just like tomsguide.com which will mainly have reviews of various Computer related products and also softwares in which I will embed the affiliate links. For this I will need a blogs section but want the website to be feature rich just like tomsguide.com or gamespot.com I also want a forums section on the website. I don't want to pay for Addons/Plugins and wants them to be free. Out of Drupal or Joomla which offers free Addons/Plugins to make a website as per requirements described above. Also name the Plugins/Addonds which will be required to install to make such website.
