I have just finished www.pcchat.org which is a webmaster communication site in general. I have based the site around a full featured video and audio chat room where you will be able to talk live about computers and internet with or without a webcam. PC Chat also has free webmaster tools, I will add more when I get them. A forum, use it if you like! An instant messenger service. Also a free reciptocal link exchange, should you want to exchange links fast with me.
