A good option it is to withdraw the money from Payza to BitCoin and from BitCoin Trade with with somebody for PayPal funds or directly for your Indian INR Currency
I think you are not allowed to do that yet. You need atleast 500 posts on this forum to be able to Trade money. And be carefull with Spaming. You added 3 messages one after one in less than 5 minutes... You need to edit old message if you want to say something new and nobody posted after you or 24h didn`t passed from your last post. Also, i recommend you to withdraw money from Payza to BitCoin and from there to Trade it to PayPal or what ever you need. And after that, never use Payza, it is the worst procesor ever
You can find some exchange site on the internet to do this but, most of them are scams, they take your money and never give the money to your other account. So my advice is to try withdrawing the money to a bank account and than uploading it to paypal. If you can't do this ask someone you know for a favor. Perhaps, someone you work with is from another country and he can withdraw money to his card from payza and than you can use his card to upload your money on your paypal or he can upload the money on his paypal and send the money to you. Also there is another alternative to use a card from another country where there aren't any taxes and restrictions.
